We offer both surgical and medication (by pill) abortion services and follow-up care, as well as options counseling, post-abortion counseling, pregnancy testing and emergency contraception (morning after pill). In partnership with the open adoption agency Spence-Chapin, we can also give you the resources to make a knowledgeable adoption plan, should that be your choice.

At Preterm we address both your physical and emotional needs. We understand that you are making an important decision, and we support your ability to make responsible choices surrounding your pregnancy, whether you choose an abortion, parenting, or to make an adoption plan.

Private Consultation

Every appointment for an abortion includes a private discussion with a patient advocate. Here you can ask questions and explore your decision in a confidential, nonjudgmental atmosphere. We also discuss your other pregnancy options, the abortion procedure, and birth control methods.

If you are coming to us because of a diagnosed fetal abnormality, we have a special program to meet your needs. A patient advocate will support you and coordinate your services.
