Pregnancy Tests

You can come to Preterm for a urine pregnancy test anytime between 9am and 1pm, Monday through Saturday. We can give you the results while you wait.

There is a $1 fee, which goes into Preterm's Access Fund to help subsidize abortion care for women with financial challenges.

If the test is negative, please be aware that it may be too early for an accurate result even if it has been more than a month since your last menstrual period. We suggest that you wait a week and, if your period hasn't started, have another test. If your test is still negative, you should check with your physician or clinic as to why your period is late.

Whether your test is positive or negative, our appointment center staff is available to answer questions and provide assistance and support.
