Your
first contact is our knowledgeable and friendly appointment
center staff. Available Monday through Saturday, they can
answer your questions and schedule an appointment promptly.
For your
appointment, you'll come to our modern facility conveniently
located near Shaker Square on Cleveland's east side. We have
on-site security and free parking.
You and
anyone who accompanies you can choose from four comfortable
waiting rooms ranging from quiet areas to TV and movie viewing
rooms.
Your
appointment will include a private discussion with a patient
advocate. Here, you can ask questions, explore your decision,
learn about the procedure, and talk about birth control methods.
We also offer post-abortion sessions at no additional cost.
The abortion
itself will be performed by one of our 3 experienced OB/GYN
physicians, using state-of-the-art, silent equipment. A patient
support person will stay with you during the procedure and
help you relax.
After
the procedure, you'll spend time in the recovery room where
our nurses monitor you until you're ready to go home. Our
nurses are also available around the clock to address any
concerns after you leave Preterm.
