Making an Appointment

Our appointment staff can schedule an appointment promptly and will be happy to answer your questions. Call 216-991-4000 or toll free 1-877-PRETERM (773-8376).

Our appointment center hours are generally 9am to 6pm Monday through Thursday, 9-5 Friday and 9-3 Saturday. We schedule appointments for Tuesdays, Wednesdays (day and evening), Fridays, and Saturdays. We can also schedule a private appointment upon request.

If you're less than 17 weeks pregnant, we will schedule your first appointment by phone. You will make your second appointment when you are here. (Ohio law requires that you receive certain information and sign a consent form at least 24 hours before your procedure. It is possible to eliminate this step if your own physician is willing to work with you. Send them to our For Referrers section for the necessary forms.) If you're 17 through 22 weeks pregnant, the abortion will require 3 visits.

It will take about 10 to 15 minutes to set up your first appointment. An appointment center advocate will ask you several questions,including the date your last normal menstrual cycle began to help us estimate how many weeks pregnant you are (this will be confirmed by ultrasound during your first appointment).
